Soft, floral, and gently creamy — a quiet bloom in the mountain mist.

Heng Yin Hion, also known as Almond Aroma, is a rare DanCong oolong from Phoenix Mountain. Grown above 900m+ in Chaozhou, this tea offers elegant layers of almond blossom, milky sweetness, and a smooth, lingering finish — refined yet comforting.

Hand-harvested and traditionally crafted, this whole-leaf tea reflects the clarity and depth of its origin.

Naturally grown, with no flavorings or additives. Just mountain, leaf, and craft.

Drink your roots — in every steep.

  • 100% whole-leaf DanCong Oolong tea
  • No added flavoring
  • Hot Brew
Use 5–8g of tea leaves for a small cup. Add boiling water (around 95–100°C), steep for 3–5 seconds, then pour into a drinking cup. Re-steep multiple times.

For a fuller experience, use gongfu-style brewing with a gaiwan or small teapot.

  • Cold Brew
Use 3g of tea in 550ml water. Brew at room temperature for 1–3 hours, or refrigerate for 1–6 hours for deeper flavor.
